Client feedback helps describe a salon experience; a consultation establishes what is suitable for your hair. These excerpts come from the Google reviews already displayed on our reviews page.
They describe individual visits, not guarantees of identical outcomes, current pricing or method suitability. Use them as a starting point for questions about your own plan.

Turn feedback into consultation questions
When a review praises color, ask to see work with a similar starting point. Discuss root transition, brightness and tone separately. A finished blonde photograph does not show every step, the starting color history or the number of appointments.
For extensions, ask which methods the stylist currently offers and which might suit your density and routine. Explain how you wear your hair and the maintenance you can commit to.
Compare the complete plan
- Ask what the first visit will achieve and whether later visits may be needed.
- Confirm the full estimate and service inclusions.
- Discuss upkeep, including professional extension maintenance when relevant.
- Agree on what happens if the plan changes after assessing your hair.
- Confirm your stylist and actual studio location.
