Shari Geldrich
Shari Geldrich has been a hairstylist for over 40 years, and her passion for the craft is as strong today as it was when she began.
Much of her career was spent as a color trainer for top international brands such as Wella and Matrix, and later as National Education Manager for Framesi, where she had the honor of working alongside some of the most talented colorists in the world. Eventually, Shari traded the corporate grind for the hands-on artistry she loves most, opening Isle of You Hair Color Studio, which thrived for 15 successful years.
In June 2025, she embarked on a new adventure with the Craft Collective Salon Group, where she’s thrilled to continue her creative journey surrounded by a talented team.
Shari specializes in hair color artistry — from blonding and grey blending to creative color, correction, balayage, and texture services. She is a certified Mizani AirCut curly hair specialist and trained in Sassoon, Pivot Point, and Sebastian cutting methods. Her goal is simple: to help every client look and feel their absolute best.
Outside the salon, Shari is fueled by rhythm and adventure. She’s a drummer with the Brazilian samba percussion group Timbeleza, and music is her heartbeat. When she’s not behind the chair or the drum, she’s often traveling — visiting her sister in Puerto Rico or chasing live music and festivals with her husband, Josh, or her brother, Paul.
